Plymouth home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Plymouth rose by $8,250 while total sales decreased by 11.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 86 homes sold, with a median sale price of $334,250 - a 2.5% increase over the $326,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 97 homes sold in Plymouth in March 2016.
