St. Anthony (Hennepin County) home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in St. Anthony in Hennepin County rose by $2,750 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $243,250 - a 1.1% increase over the $240,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in St. Anthony in March 2016.
