Long Lake home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Long Lake fell by $112,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $177,500 - a 38.8% decrease over the $290,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Long Lake in March 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Long Lake for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,035, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for March 2017.
