Plymouth home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Plymouth rose by $37,250 while total sales decreased by 20.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 84 homes sold, with a median sale price of $347,750 - a 12% increase over the $310,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 106 homes sold in Plymouth in April 2016.
