Hopkins home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Hopkins rose by $69,138 while total sales increased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $285,638 - a 31.9% increase over the $216,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Hopkins in April 2016.
