Brooklyn Center home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Brooklyn Center rose by $30,700 while total sales decreased by 13%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $181,200 - a 20.4% increase over the $150,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Brooklyn Center in April 2016.
