Plymouth home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Plymouth fell by $6,500 while total sales decreased by 20.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 126 homes sold, with a median sale price of $332,500 - a 1.9% decrease over the $339,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 159 homes sold in Plymouth in May 2016.

The median sales tax in Plymouth for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,046, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for May 2017.
