Robbinsdale home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Robbinsdale rose by $17,600 while total sales increased by 17.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $197,500 - a 9.8% increase over the $179,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Robbinsdale in May 2016.
