Long Lake home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Long Lake rose by $31,150 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $178,000 - a 21.2% increase over the $146,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Long Lake in May 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Long Lake for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,035, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for May 2017.
