St. Anthony (Hennepin County) home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in St. Anthony in Hennepin County rose by $77,000 while total sales increased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 33% increase over the $233,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in St. Anthony in June 2016.
