Minneapolis home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Minneapolis rose by $13,250 while total sales decreased by 12.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 614 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,500 - a 5.6% increase over the $237,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 700 homes sold in Minneapolis in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Minneapolis for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,968, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for June 2017.
