Excelsior home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Excelsior rose by $943,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,437,500 - a 191% increase over the $494,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Excelsior in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Excelsior for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $5,453, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for July 2017.
