Medina home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Medina rose by $344,822 while total sales decreased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $945,000 - a 57.5% increase over the $600,178 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Medina in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Medina for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $5,848, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for July 2017.
