St. Anthony (Hennepin County) home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in St. Anthony in Hennepin County rose by $111,000 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $339,500 - a 48.6% increase over the $228,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in St. Anthony in July 2016.

The median sales tax in St. Anthony for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,561, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for July 2017.
