Robbinsdale home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Robbinsdale fell by $4,700 while total sales increased by 20.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 2.4% decrease over the $194,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Robbinsdale in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Robbinsdale for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,354, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for July 2017.
