Edina home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Edina rose by $28,000 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 77 homes sold, with a median sale price of $550,500 - a 5.4% increase over the $522,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 66 homes sold in Edina in August 2016.
