New Hope home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in New Hope rose by $7,250 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $247,500 - a 3% increase over the $240,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in New Hope in August 2016.

The median sales tax in New Hope for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,986, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for August 2017.
