St. Anthony (Hennepin County) home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in St. Anthony in Hennepin County rose by $68,823 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $277,823 - a 32.9% increase over the $209,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in St. Anthony in September 2016.
