New Hope home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in New Hope rose by $13,000 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 5.5% increase over the $237,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in New Hope in September 2016.

The median sales tax in New Hope for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,986, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for September 2017.
