Hopkins home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Hopkins rose by $14,200 while total sales increased by 116.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $244,950 - a 6.2% increase over the $230,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Hopkins in September 2016.
