Minneapolis home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Minneapolis rose by $6,675 while total sales increased by 3.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 412 homes sold, with a median sale price of $226,575 - a 3% increase over the $219,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 399 homes sold in Minneapolis in October 2016.

The median sales tax in Minneapolis for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,968, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for October 2017.
