Brooklyn Center home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Brooklyn Center rose by $5,200 while total sales increased by 12.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,200 - a 3.2% increase over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Brooklyn Center in October 2016.
