Rogers home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Rogers rose by $73,112 while total sales decreased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $212,000 - a 52.6% increase over the $138,888 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Rogers in February 2017.
