Dayton home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Dayton fell by $44,565 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $357,935 - a 11.1% decrease over the $402,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Dayton in March 2017.
