Dayton home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Dayton fell by $131,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $278,500 - a 32% decrease over the $409,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Dayton in April 2017.

The median sales tax in Dayton for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,868, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for April 2018.
