Minneapolis home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Minneapolis rose by $16,100 while total sales decreased by 6.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 446 homes sold, with a median sale price of $261,000 - a 6.6% increase over the $244,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 477 homes sold in Minneapolis in April 2017.
