Edina home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Edina rose by $135,000 while total sales decreased by 23%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 67 homes sold, with a median sale price of $665,000 - a 25.5% increase over the $530,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 87 homes sold in Edina in July 2017.
