Minneapolis home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Minneapolis rose by $14,000 while total sales decreased by 13.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 443 homes sold, with a median sale price of $262,000 - a 5.6% increase over the $248,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 510 homes sold in Minneapolis in July 2017.
