Lauderdale home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Lauderdale rose by $39,750 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $198,750 - a 25% increase over the $159,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Lauderdale in February 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Lauderdale for 2017 was $2,129. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,273. This marks an decrease of 6.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.1%.
