North St. Paul home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in North St. Paul fell by $7,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 13 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $177,500 - a 4.1% decrease over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in North St. Paul in April 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in North St. Paul for 2017 was $2,613. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,346. This marks an increase of 11.4%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.5%.
