Little Canada home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Little Canada fell by $54,000 while total sales decreased by 47.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,000 - a 30% decrease over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Little Canada in April 2016.

The median sales tax in Little Canada for 2017 was $2,374. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,449. This marks an decrease of 3.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.9%.
