Maplewood home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Maplewood rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 5.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 7% increase over the $215,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Maplewood in May 2016.
