Lauderdale home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Lauderdale fell by $17,800 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,500 - a 10.9% decrease over the $163,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Lauderdale in May 2016.
