Little Canada home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Little Canada rose by $32,575 while total sales decreased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $254,250 - a 14.7% increase over the $221,675 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Little Canada in June 2016.
