North St. Paul home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in North St. Paul rose by $35,000 while total sales increased by 13%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 17.5% increase over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in North St. Paul in June 2016.
