Little Canada home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Little Canada rose by $122,500 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $271,000 - a 82.5% increase over the $148,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Little Canada in July 2016.
