North St. Paul home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in North St. Paul fell by $11,000 while total sales decreased by 23.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 5.6% decrease over the $196,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in North St. Paul in July 2016.
