White Bear Township home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in White Bear Township rose by $77,450 while total sales increased by 52.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,950 - a 41.1% increase over the $188,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in White Bear Township in August 2016.

The median sales tax in White Bear Township for 2017 was $2,960. In 2016, the median sales tax was $3,047. This marks an decrease of 2.9%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.1%.
