Little Canada home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Little Canada rose by $142,600 while total sales increased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 132.8% increase over the $107,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Little Canada in August 2016.

The median sales tax in Little Canada for 2017 was $2,374. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,449. This marks an decrease of 3.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.9%.
