Maplewood home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Maplewood rose by $40,900 while total sales decreased by 4.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,900 - a 21.5% increase over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Maplewood in September 2016.
