Lauderdale home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Lauderdale fell by $12,450 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $194,250 - a 6% decrease over the $206,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Lauderdale in September 2016.
