Maplewood home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Maplewood rose by $36,500 while total sales decreased by 11.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,000 - a 19.9% increase over the $183,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Maplewood in November 2016.
