Little Canada home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Little Canada rose by $27,050 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $192,950 - a 16.3% increase over the $165,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Little Canada in January 2017.
