Lauderdale home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Lauderdale fell by $18,250 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,500 - a 9.2% decrease over the $198,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Lauderdale in February 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Lauderdale for 2018 was $2,520. In 2017, the median sales tax was $2,129. This marks an increase of 18.4%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.4%.
