New Brighton home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in New Brighton rose by $8,000 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $246,000 - a 3.4% increase over the $238,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in New Brighton in March 2017.
