Roseville home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Roseville rose by $22,500 while total sales increased by 40.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $241,500 - a 10.3% increase over the $219,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Roseville in March 2017.
