Maplewood home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Maplewood rose by $38,250 while total sales decreased by 29.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,750 - a 21% increase over the $182,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Maplewood in March 2017.
