Arden Hills home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Arden Hills fell by $22,500 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $212,500 - a 9.6% decrease over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Arden Hills in March 2017.
