Roseville home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Roseville rose by $59,550 while total sales increased by 16.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $266,450 - a 28.8% increase over the $206,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Roseville in April 2017.
