St. Anthony (Ramsey County) home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in St. Anthony in Ramsey County rose by $123,320 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 115.6% increase over the $106,680 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in St. Anthony in April 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in St. Anthony for 2018 was $4,106. In 2017, the median sales tax was $4,015. This marks an increase of 2.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.8%.
